It was the original demo that circulated around. The funny story is that I actually played it back in 78 while it was being sent around and a friend snagged it up last year and sold it to me. I had a shot at 01 but ended up with sn 32 by the time I had the money. 32 is still almost mint while 00 is a bit banged up. | |

| I still wish that I had grabbed that #0 when I had the chance. Oh well, if I had, I wouldn't have ended up with the fretless, so I guess it all evens out. If I'm not mistaken, it has a bit different neck on it, doesn't it? | |

| Chip has talked about the 00000000 numbered T-40s and T-60s quite a bit. As best I remember it, these were pre-production. He devised a system where he inserted a "." in various places to identify who the instrument went to originally. | |
