Need a buying list for rewire

My pop is in Atlanta this week and is coming down to Florida over the weekend. I told him I wanted to work on some wiring issue. Both my t-40s are missing the phase and pickup selector switches but I wouldn't be adverse to replacing all the pots and caps for a squeaky new setup. Can anyone give me a down and dirty buy list starting with those switches?
