Subject: Replacement truss rod for T-40? Sat Sep 14, 2013 5:13 pm
Hi guys,
Newbie here.
I just bought my first T-40. I got it off fleaBay, it has a broken truss rod. I guess it'll arrive in a week or two.
BTW, I've replaced a few bass truss rods before, so that doesn't daunt me at all.
My question is: Do these basses run a standard, run-of-the-mill style truss rod or some Peavey specific one?

That's an excellent question. I don't have an answer for you. However you can send an email to Chip Todd (he's the T in T-40 if you didn't already know).
