hey, not sure if you're looking for new or old parts but here are a few places to get you started:

you can get knobs & switches from renee at vintagegitaar

pickguards from wd music

and anything else you can't find try emailing classic & cool guitars in the uk. the guy has sold plenty of t40s over the years and it says on his site he has various spare parts
