New T40 in Ontario, Canada

Hello all,
Having a bass history of Washburn, Ibanez, and most recently a Squire P bass with EMG's, I recently bought this T40 for $300 with case.
It's a brute but i feel a huge difference already, it kicks the EMG's ass.
It's almost like I feel a huge amount of resonation through the bass when I play it, and I'm just getting a taste of the tones. I play it through a Peavey Mark IV, with a 2 x 10 horn loaded cab (need a 1 x 15 to round it out). Anyway, here are some pics, excuse my inept photography.

That's a beautiful 'burst! Are my eyes playing tricks on me or did you score a rare brown case?

you;re right, it is brown. My bandmates had quite a chuckle at it, I've never seen any other colour than black for a case ever. It's a little beat up, gonna put the Armour All to it.

The brown cases are quite rare, you just don't see that many of them.

They are rare? Hell, I have two of them! LOL

Brown cases are far rarer than the black ones.
