| Hello!
(I originally put this in T-40 Discussion, but found that this forum was also still active so moved it here!)
Basically I have major GAS for a T-40, but lack the funds for one. BUT I do have a bass with two MM-style humbuckers (4-con), individual vol/tone for each pickup and plenty of space in the cavity for a wee phase switch.
So, what I come here to ask you fine people is your thoughts on taking the lid off and re-wiring as per the T-40 schematic so I get a wider range of sounds and if not actually have a T-40 at least be able to replicate the sound a bit.
Any thoughts? The pickups are generic Far Eastern things, so can't elaborate there unfortuntely. | |

| The rewiring you are requesting requires humbucking pickups with center-taps. The sound requires one coil of the pickup being gradually faded out to ground Chip | |
