Dont know if you found one yet.....but you can "save your search" on ebay to get notifications through email to inform you that a new posting for a T-40 has come up. You can also select that ONLY Canadian listings show up in your email notification.

But in doing so, sadly you will find that they are going for more than $300. But some of the ones in "rough shape" on ebay can be had for a deal.
