| I just got one! Natural body, maple board, saw it at a shop awhile ago just decided to look up info on her, just got back from snagging it. I have a slab body, 00321126 SN stamped nothing else on the back of the head, PAF and Made in USA on the front, toaster pups, drilled dots on guard. What year is it? Guessing a late 70's? Is their a setup guide or specs for them? And where can I get a truss rod wrench that will fit? He Had a white with R/W board for cheap but missing knobs, newer with patents on back, blade pups, switches were broken, missing a gear/peg assembly on the one tuner, body was beat to hell and weighed maybe 2-3 lbs more then this natural one! | |

| The truss rod nut is 5/16" hex and it's difficult to find wrenches that are trim enough to fit into the space available. Of all people to have to admit it, I don't own one of these. Someday I hope I run across one I can buy. I have welded a 1/4" drive socket to a screwdriver, that I bent to suit, and ground off the excess until it worked. I never felt the need for a "genuine" one when I had the machine shop where I could make anything I needed. The one I designed for it was made from 5/16" outside diameter steel brake line tubing, the end swagged onto a 5/16" hex mandrel, and them bent 90 degrees. I endeavored to make it with soft enough tubing to prevent owners from torquing the nut too tight, but it proved to be tougher than I had expected.
Nice buy, afireinside7444. Chip

| You can use a nut driver and a cheap dollar store set of sockets. You make an extension with the nut driver and the walls of the cheap 5/16 socket are skinny enough to slide right in there. Worked for me anyway. Good luck. Glenn | |
