| My new toy just arrived and I am delighted with it. She's a 1979 Peavey T-40 and I can't find a mark on her which is incredible for a 28 year old bass.  The sound is massive and I'll have more of a play when I have the right straplocks and a new pickup selector switch in place. An added bonus was the mint condition original hardcase it arrived in.

| Oops, was under the weather yesterday and the brain wasn't up to maths. Correct age now inserted. Pickup selector switch and straplocks now installed and all working as it should. Once I get some new strings on it and drop the action a touch it'll be one hell of a bass.  | |
